RammSanderson have promoted Hazel Harris to Operations Manager.

Having originally joined us back in 2017 as an Office Administrator, Hazel has been promoted due to her extensive administrative skills and experience as a personal assistant which has helped us implement robust management project management, compliance, health and safety and recruitment systems and processes.

In her new role, Hazel will work more closely with RammSanderson directors and clients to ensure that high standards are met, and all projects undertaken are delivered on time and on budget.

Commenting on her appointment, Hazel said “I am delighted that the process and systems management improvements I have implemented have been recognised and rewarded by my promotion. I am very proud of the ecology, arboriculture and flood risk work we complete and it’s great to be trusted with this new important role.”

RammSanderson was founded in 2014 by Directors Oliver Ramm, Nick Sanderson and Anthony Mellor. Since then, we have progressively moved towards working on larger scale projects, and diversified our client portfolio across infrastructure, utilities, commercial and residential sectors, growing a larger team capable of taking on significant projects in its own right including being successful on major utilities frameworks.

We now employ 45 people across offices located in Ilkeston, Stafford and Sheffield.
