"Compared to previous companies I've worked at, I think company culture is a strong point of Ramms. The majority of people are approachable and willing to help, willing to have a laugh while still taking their work seriously. I also like how there isn't pressure to do overtime, but also people are allowed to work flexibly to what works for them. I do worry this may change and become more diluted as the company grows, but so far so good! In terms of mental illness, I can't speak for everyone but my experiences with mental health at the company have been nothing but positive, especially from Nick, who I feel really supported me (and still does)."
