Staff Testimony
“One of the great things about working for RammSanderson as a company is feeling like you’re valued as a person and that your voice matters, rather than working for a big corporation where you’re just another faceless number.”
“Personally, I feel much more valued and listened to in this company than I have in previous companies I’ve worked for. I’ve only been here for a few months, but it feels like I’ve been here for much longer as everyone has been very welcoming and I’ve been made to feel like a valued member of the team, rather than just ‘another member of staff’. And I’m sure it’s not just me who feels that way.”
