This month marks a significant milestone for RammSanderson as we celebrate 10 years with five of our longest-serving team members: Amy Spilsbury, Andy Ashpole, Andy Leese, Katie Sykes and Lauri Leivers.
Joining the business not long after its formation, they were among the very first employees to help build the foundations of RammSanderson. Over the past decade, their contribution has been nothing short of instrumental to our success.
Many began their journey with us as graduates, developing their skills, expertise and leadership capabilities as the company evolved. As RammSanderson has grown, so have they, progressing into senior positions and now forming a key part of our leadership team. Their influence can be seen not only in the projects we deliver and the relationships we’ve built, but in the culture and ambition that define us today.
On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of coming together to celebrate this milestone. It was a fantastic night spent reflecting on ten years of achievements, challenges, growth and shared memories. From early projects and pivotal moments to the business's continued expansion, it was a reminder of how far we’ve come together.
Reaching a 10-year milestone is no small achievement. It represents loyalty, resilience, shared vision and a belief in what we’re building. We could not be prouder of Amy, Andy, Andy, Katie and Lauri and more grateful for the role they continue to play in shaping the future of RammSanderson.
